Making a Purchase

  • What are your invoice payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are upon receipt of the invoice. In some cases, iSpring also offers 2/10 Net 30 terms. That means you can pay within 30 days or receive a 2% discount by paying in 10 days. If the payment terms in your company are more than Net 30, iSpring may increase the fees upon prior notice.
  • What happens if my payment is late?
If payment is not made by the due date, iSpring shall be entitled to receive the amount due plus a late payment charge at the rate under applicable law on all amounts that are not paid on or before the due date.
  • Do you charge VAT?

Products available for purchase on iSpring website show prices excluding EU VAT.

iSpring does not charge VAT (value-added tax) for business purchases, if you provide a valid EU VAT number. However, iSpring is required to collect European Union value-added tax (“EU VAT”) from non-taxable EU customers*.

If you are a non-taxable EU customer, EU VAT will be included in the total charge when your order is processed. You will be charged EU VAT at the rate applicable in the EU Member State to which you belong (in which you are established, have your permanent address, or usually reside). The actual VAT amount will be shown during "Checkout" after you fill out your billing address.

*You are considered a non-taxable EU customer unless you have provided iSpring with a valid EU VAT number.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OR ADEQUACY OF THE PAYMENT INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU UPON PROCESSING YOUR ORDER.

  • What is the order delivery time?

For online payments, license details are emailed within one business day but are usually delivered faster. If you make a payment via check or bank transfer, the details will be sent after the payment is received, which can take up to two weeks.

  • Do I make a one-time payment or do I pay periodically?

We offer a subscription-based model for iSpring products. This model requires annual payments.

iSpring Sales Tax Policy

  • I wasn't charged sales tax before. Why now?
Tax laws for online sales are changing due to the recent Supreme Court Decision. iSpring is making every reasonable effort to comply with the law, whenever it applies.
  • Can I submit a tax exemption certificate so I do not have to pay sales tax on iSpring purchases?

Yes, tax-exempt buyers such as charitable entities and resellers can submit tax exemption certificates to iSpring and make purchases without paying tax. If you are a tax-exempt buyer, send it to sales@ispring.com. After your tax-exempt status is confirmed, you will not be charged sales tax when you order from us.

  • How much is sales tax?

iSpring automatically computes the sales tax on products based on applicable State guidelines. The actual tax amount will be shown during "Checkout" after you fill out your billing address.

Even if your purchase is not subject to sales tax, you may be required to pay Use Tax.

Use tax is similar to sales tax. The difference is who pays the tax to the state.

    • Sales Tax is collected and remitted to the state by the seller.
    • Use tax is paid directly to the state by the buyer.

When you buy something over the internet or other remote means, and the seller does not collect sales tax, it does not mean the purchase is tax-free. If you live in a state that has a sales tax, you may be required to report the purchase and pay use tax.

For specific details about sales and use taxes, please consult the Department of Revenue in your state, or a tax professional.
