Automated Birthday Greetings

Now iSpring Learn can congratulate employees on their birthdays. On their special day, a personal greeting will appear as a push notification on their phone and will be available on a learning portal. You can also let your employees see all their colleagues’ upcoming birthdays in the LMS.

Custom Training Notifications

Now you can send custom alerts to your employees, instead of default notifications. The LMS allows you to change the subject and text for both training enrollment and due date notifications. This will help promote the most important courses, so employees won’t miss them.

iSpring Learn Integration with Bamboo HR

Bamboo HR is a platform that HR professionals use to streamline everyday tasks, attract and keep talent, and develop a forward plan. Connecting iSpring Learn LMS and Bamboo HR allows you to keep both training HR processes in the same place.

It will help you:

• Automate processes when hiring. Add all your candidates or employees from Bamboo HR to the LMS, and they’ll be automatically assigned to pre-onboarding tests or onboarding programs.

• Keep all data in one place. No need to log into iSpring Learn to track employee progress. Bamboo HR administrators will be able to see how employees have been trained and analyze their results right in the system.

With Albato, iSpring Learn Account Administrators will be able to integrate with hundreds of apps instantly. These integrations allow for data to be shared automatically between iSpring Learn and these apps. This will automatically add users, departments, and groups to iSpring Learn as well as block users or replace groups when necessary.

We have improved the 360-degree Appraisal Module, so you can review your employees' performance even more easily and effectively. 

Spend less time creating competencies. You no longer need to create a competency from scratch again, just copy one and adjust it as desired.

Fewer reminders and notifications. Now, a reviewer will receive only a single email with a list of all colleagues who should be assessed.

More detailed feedback. To get detailed answers, you can make the comment fields mandatory.

Salesforce Integration

Connect Salesforce and iSpring Learn LMS to sync employee data within seconds. Synchronize individuals, departments, and groups. Run synchronization manually whenever you need to, at the click of a button, or schedule it to run automatically. You can also select or add the desired fields for your synchronization.

Certificates in .docx format

Working with personalized certificates has become faster and more convenient. No need to use Adobe Acrobat — you can create stylish certificates in the familiar MS Word and LibreOffice interfaces.

The finished document can be uploaded to iSpring Learn in .docx format. The system automatically substitutes the username and delivers the certificate to your learners after they successfully complete their courses and learning tracks.

Standalone Online Quizzes

Now you can create online quizzes — not only as a part of a course, but also as a standalone material. This will help you assess your employees’ knowledge quickly.

Past due notifications

Sometimes, employees can’t complete their training on time. In these cases, iSpring Learn will send an automatic reminder a few days after the deadline has passed.
