How can I create a standalone quiz, interaction, etc. without making it part of the course?
Just run iSpring Suite on your desktop instead of accessing it within PowerPoint and choose Quizzes/Interactions, etc. to start. If you already have a quiz created with PowerPoint, just open the quiz, click on the top left corner and choose Publish from the drop-down list.
-
I created a quiz and added pictures to the quiz slides, but I can’t see them on my phone. How can I fix that?
There are two ways to add media files to your quiz: in the Form View mode or Slide view. Most likely, you added the pictures in Slide View mode, and these images can only be seen on a PC. Add pictures to questions and answers in Form View so that they appear on mobile devices as well.

Managing Projects

I transferred my presentation to another directory on the PC and renamed it, and now all my interactions, quizzes, etc. are lost. Where can I find them?
Move the presentation back to where it was created, together with its source folder, and return to the previous name

Is it okay if I store and work with projects on external drives or OneDrive?
We highly recommend that you work on your project only on local drives. Don’t keep the files created with iSpring Suite on online shared drives or external drives. This is because iSpring Suite might not have access to your local drives to create temporary files when your presentation is being created and saved.

Can iSpring Suite courses be uploaded to Google Classroom?
Google Classroom doesn’t support HTML5 courses. But you can use it to distribute the content to your students - simply save your course as a ZIP file and attach it to a Google Classroom assignment. Your learners will be able to download the course and run it from their computer. However, you won’t be able to keep track of the learners’ progress. If you want to get full control over your students’ results and protect your courses from being transferred to third parties, upload them to an LMS.
