What Adobe Flash Player version do I have to have to play iSpring-created quiz?
Flash quizzes created with iSpring QuizMaker 6 require at least Adobe Flash Player 9.

How to fix quiz results sending to email/server problem?
Having trouble emailing your quiz results or sending them to a server? This can be very frustrating, but it is a very easy fix.

Yes, you can print out quiz results straight from the result screen, which appears after the quiz is completed.

Can I create a Hotspot question?
Yes, the hotspot question type is now available in iSpring QuizMaker 6. Open QuizMaker in the Graded quiz mode and click the "Hotspot" icon on the ribbon to create a new hotspot question.

Can I create a question that allows for a free answer (Essay)?
Yes, iSpring QuizMaker 6 provides you with such an opportunity. The essay question type can be used
in both graded quiz and survey modes. In survey mode you can simply click the "Essay" icon on the ribbon. -
Is it possible to create a non-graded quiz/survey?
Yes, a non-graded quiz can be created with iSpring QuizMaker version 6. The non-graded quiz type in QuizMaker is designated as "Survey" as it is usually used for the creation of questionnaires and surveys.

How is a trial version different from the full version?
iSpring QuizMaker evaluation version is fully functional and is absolutely equal to full version in terms of functionality and quality of content it produces.

Is it possible to add an introduction slide before the quiz?
Yes, this can be done with the so-called "blank slide". You can create such a slide by clicking the ‘blank slide’ button on the QuizMaker ribbon.

Does iSpring QuizMaker allow creating question-specific feedback?
Yes, iSpring QuizMaker 6 does allow for the creation of individual feedback. Choose "By Question" feedback on the ribbon and fill in the feedback fields for correct and incorrect answers.

Yes, this can be done thought the branching feature. To access the feature you should enable

iSpring QuizMaker requires Microsoft Equation when I click the formula button. How to fix this issue?
Most likely the issue occurs because some Microsoft Office components are not installed on your computer that is why iSpring QuizMaker cannot use Microsoft Equation for creating formulas. To settle the issue, do the following:

Is it possible to merge quizzes?
Yes, merging quizzes is available through the "Import" function. To merge two quizzes, just open one of the quizzes and press "Import" on the ribbon. In the "Import" window that will appear, locate the second quiz and press "Open".

Is it possible to create a quiz with both graded and non-graded questions?
Yes, your quiz may contain both graded and non-graded questions. Depending on your initial quiz, you can either supplement your survey with graded questions.

When I click the formula button, I don't see the toolbar in the Equation editor.
If you add a formula or equation to your quiz, sometimes the Equation toolbar doesn’t appear within the Microsoft Equation editor.This is because the Equation toolbar is disabled in your system.

What audio formats does iSpring support?
iSpring currently supports audio files in WAV, MP3, and WMA formats.

The video file in my Flash quiz doesn't play. Why?
You can insert video files of various formats into your questions: .AVI, .MOV, .MPG, .MPEG, .ASF, .WMV. When publishing quiz to Flash, inserted video files get converted to Flash as well.

If you have specified background audio file(s) for a question, but it doesn't appear in your Flash quiz, please make sure that:

Is there any limitation on the number of slides in a PowerPoint presentation that can be published by iSpring?
Yes, there is a limitation of Flash technology and it only influences very large presentations.
