Content
-
How do I upload my content to iSpring Learn?
There are two ways you can upload your content to iSpring Learn:
Content and Reports
-
Can I give certificates for completed courses?
Yes, you can set iSpring Learn to automatically issue a certificate at the completion of a course. You can either choose the default certificate template provided by iSpring Learn or create your own certificate.
Customization
-
Can I white label my iSpring Learn portal or put my branding instead?
Of course you can! You can create a new account name and URL so that users can see the name of your company, add your branding/logo, set the color theme with the cover image, change the language of your account, etc.
Enrollments
-
Is there any way to enroll users from different departments in courses automatically?
If you create a smart group and select the desired departments, users will be automatically added to the group. Then go to courses and enable automatic enrollment for this smart group, so that users who become part of it will be assigned to the courses without any additional action required on your part.
-
How can I update courses so that the users’ progress and enrollments are saved?
If you want to update the file created with iSpring Suite, just select the course you need to replace from the content list in the Publish window directly in iSpring Suite and click Publish.
If you want to update a SCORM package, video, pdf, Word, or Excel file, then click Edit next to the course that needs to be replaced in iSpring Learn and select Replace. Users’ progress will be saved until they launch the course again (users will be notified about an updated course by a pop-up message once they try to open the file).
-
I want users to take the same course every two months to refresh their knowledge. Is there any way to do that automatically?
Yes, definitely. Select the course you want users to be enrolled in, then go to the Completion settings and choose how often the course will be re-assigned to users (in how many days or weeks) once it is completed.
-
Can I invite non-registered users to take courses?
You can’t make courses public in your iSpring Learn account, only registered users have access to them.
-
Can I reset a user’s progress in a specific course in iSpring Learn?
You can reset someone’s progress by canceling their enrollment and assigning the course again.
